The IFCS Secretariat will photo copy (black & white) for distribution papers submitted in electronic format by 15 September 2006 of reasonable length (max pages 20). Participants will be provided with a "ship to address" for advance mailing of materials to the Congress Centre for distribution (see Forum V Local Arrangements information section).
