Topics for the Agenda and Programme

Forum V agreed on a list of possible topics for future sessions of the Forum of IFCS. The list is presented in the Final Report of Forum V Executive Summary: http://www.who.int/ifcs/documents/forums/forum5/report/en/index.html

Forum V agreed that the IFCS IFCS Terms of Reference should be followed in preparing the agenda for Forum VI and the Forum Standing Committee (FSC) should guide the process of development of meeting materials and documents following the practice of lead country/sponsor/organization approach to preparing materials for agenda items taking into consideration the input and concerns provided by Forum V participants.

At its 73rd Meeting on 7 November 2006, the Forum Standing Committee agreed that a questionnaire should be used to solicit the views of the FSC on the possible topics for Forum VI to assist the FSC in its work.
The summary report of responses to the questionnaire was considered by the Forum Standing Committee at its teleconference on 2 March 2007 and its meeting 18-20 June 2007.

IFCS participants are invited to contact their FSC representative to provide further input on the list of possible topics for Forum VI.
