New WHO Collaborating Centre for Travel Health

As of February 2013, the Travelers’ Health Branch of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in Atlanta Georgia was appointed as the newest WHO travel health Collaborating Centre. This is the fourth WHO Collaborating Centre for travel health. The others are the Institute for Social and Preventive Medicine, University of Zurich, Switzerland; UCL Medical School Occupational & Travel Health Centre and the Royal Free Travel Centre, United Kingdom; and Emory Travel Well, United States of America.
