With 683 days until the target date, two hundred leading immunization experts and stakeholders from all corners of the world are meeting in New York to discuss progress and address key barriers towards reaching goals set by the global health community.

Participants will examine critical information on the elimination, eradication and disease control goals, the introduction of life-saving vaccines and share decisions as well as recommendations from WHO's expert advisory committees.

The three-day meeting, held on 17-19 February, is jointly organized by WHO, UNICEF and the GAVI Alliance.
