Optimize: Tunisia Report

This report presents the results and findings of three demonstration projects undertaken in Tunisia as part of a partnership between project Optimize and the Tunisian Ministry of Health (MOH). Between 2009 and 2012, Optimize collaborated with the MOH to demonstrate innovations in the supply chain that can help the national immunization program meet the demands of an increasingly large and costly portfolio of vaccines.

Achieving the global vision for future immunization supply and logistics systems: Action plans

Developed in collaboration with national and international partners and coordinated by project Optimize, these action plans describe specific activities and strategies designed to help achieve the 2020 vision for immunization supply and logistics systems. The vision and action plans are divided into five priority areas: vaccine products and packaging, immunization supply system efficiency, environmental impact of immunization supply systems, immunization information systems, and human resources for immunization logistics.

Developing a vision for immunization supply systems in 2020: Landscape analysis summaries

Facilitated by project Optimize and conducted by a multidisciplinary group of partners, these landscape analyses highlight ongoing work related to five priority areas that comprise the vision for immunization supply systems in 2020. The analyses also highlight critical gaps that need to be addressed to achieve the vision. The five priority areas are vaccine and related products, supply system design, environmental impact, information systems, and human resources.
