Guidance for immunotoxicity risk assessment
Guidance for immunotoxicity risk assessment for chemicals has been developed by WHO/IPCS with the assistance of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Immunotoxicity and Hypersensitivity, RIVM, Bilthoven.
This activity builds on the WHO/IPCS Environmental Health Criteria (EHC) documents on immunotoxicology, i.e.
- EHC 180 on "Principles and Methods for Assessing Direct Immunotoxicity Associated with Exposure to Chemicals"
- EHC 212 on "Principles and Methods for Assessing Allergic Hypersensitization Associated with Exposure to Chemicals"
- EHC 236 on "Principles and Methods for Assessing Autoimmunity Associated with Exposure to Chemicals"
