Following the meeting of the Risk Assessment Steering Group in March 2010, the future strategic direction of the WHO chemical risk assessment programme has changed to reflect fewer assessments, with a greater focus on the priorities of developing countries, and a wider variety of publication formats. Future risk assessment activities will not necessarily follow the format of CICADs and a Progress Report covering all formats of risk assessment publications will be developed to cover future risk assessment activities.
