Overview
This document provides tools for collection of data and calculation of the indicators introduced in Part I of this series.
It is intended for use by managers of large-scale population-based surveys that collect information on feeding practices among infants and young children less that two years of age.
The document includes an example questionnaire, example interviewer instructions, suggestions for adaptation, and instructions for calculating indicator values.
This document is Part II of a series. The list of definitions of the indicators (Part I) and profiles with indicator values for 46 countries (Part III) are available as companions to this document.
