Overview
This document describes why and how a focus on young people will contribute to UNAIDS vision of zero new HIV infections, zero discrimination and zero ADIS related deaths. It sets a goal of a 30% reduction in new HIV infections among young people by 2015 and lays out key actions which need to be undertaken in countries. Seventeen countries are identified for intensive and comprehensive support.
