25-27 June 2008, Montreux, Switzerland

A meeting of the Child Health Epidemiology Reference Group (CHERG) will review progress in work to assess the burden of newborn and child morbidity and mortality. This will be used in the publication of the new figures on the global burden of disease in children. The estimates will also be used on new work towards the assessment of the impact of health interventions on child survival.
