Resources and tools

WHO has developed a range of resources and tools designed to assist health authorities – at national and sub-national levels – in elaborating health policies, strategies, and plans. These include diagnostic tools for assessment, monitoring and evaluation, as well as tools to support situation analysis and priority setting, identifying effective strategies, costing scenarios, resource planning and budgeting, and programming and implementation.
