First planning meeting of NCDnet

The objective of the meeting is to inform international partners and Member States about WHO progress in implementing the NCD Action Plan and to encourage their active involvement in setting the agenda for NCDnet and supporting the implementation of its first activities in line with objective 5 of the NCD Action Plan and the Conceptual Framework of NCDnet.
