Professor Peter Holmes
Prof Peter Holmes is chair of the Glasgow Centre for International Development, chair of GU Holdings Ltd and academic co-ordinator for the link programme between the University of Glasgow and Columbia University in New York.
He is a senior veterinary scientist who has studied the pathophysiology of parasitic diseases and has collaborated with many international institutions.
Much of Prof. Holmes' research is interdisciplinary and encompasses physiology, nutrition, immunology and chemotherapy.
