UN Resolution (65/95) urges Member States to continue to consider health issues in the formulation of foreign policy, and noted the decisions to convene the General Assembly High-level Meeting on NCDs in September 2011 and the first Global Ministerial Conference on Healthy Lifestyles and Non-communicable Diseases, in Moscow on 28-29 April.
