The Home Fortification Technical Advisory Group (HF-TAG) is a community of stakeholders involved in home fortification that includes public, private, academic and nongovernmental organizations. HF-TAG’s mission is to facilitate the implementation of home fortification projects by sharing sound technical guidance, promoting best practices, and integrating home fortification into comprehensive nutritional strategies for children.

HF-TAG has recently developed and released programmatic guidance on home fortification with micronutrient powders (MNP) and manuals for monitoring programmes and the composition of these products. A Community of Practice (CoP) is also being developed in collaboration with UNICEF and PSI and will be hosted on the HF-TAG website. This presentation will provide an overview of some of this work.
