Summary

For nutrition researchers, practitioners, and societies, food industry funding can create a difficult dilemma. On the one hand, they want the money. On the other, accepting it risks losses or distortions in credibility, reputation, and the research agenda that can influence research outcome and public health policy. This presentation discusses a book project in progress.
