Market Place Session
Background
A market place was organized to provide opportunities for updates on those topics that were not able to be accommodated in the main body of the meeting. This was a repeat of a similar event of last year and attracted many visitors to the stands. The following topics were displayed:
- Immunization Practices Advisory Committee (IPAC) and Programmatic Suitability for Prequalification
- Vaccine Presentation and Packaging Advisory Group (VPPAG)
- Effective Vaccine Management (EVM)

- Rolling out the Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Focus group discussion on clinical, laboratory, and data posters and pamphlet to improve NUVI meningitis surveillance
- Update on dengue vaccine development
- Update on malaria vaccine development
- GAVI country communications
- Accelerated Vaccine Introduction Initiative Special Studies
