Second meeting of the Drafting Group for the Development of the International Patient Safety Event Classification
The Drafting Group is providing technical advice and guidance for the development of the International Patient Safety Event Classification.
The meeting on 4 May reviewed the overall conceptual framework and identified the concepts to make up the classification. The meeting also reviewed the proposed methodology for seeking wider input on the draft and potential participants in this process.
