Launch of the First Global Patient Safety Challenge "Clean Care is Safer Care" in Jordan
The First Global Patient Safety Challenge was inaugurated in Amman, on 16 August 2007 and the Honourable Minister of Health, Dr Mohammad Thnaibat, committed Jordan's support to implement actions to reduce health care-associated infection. Many participants including ministry officials, academics, hospital directors, doctors and specialists in infection control and WHO staff witnessed the signing ceremony.
