Patient Safety Solutions
A set of nine Patient Safety Solutions Aide memoirs was launched by WHO in 2007. The purpose of the Aide memoires was to raise awareness of priority patient safety problems and serve as an information tool to governments and health care organizations. In 2010 an evaluation study of the Patient Safety Solutions Aide memoirs was initiated. Outcomes are presented in the Evaluation Reports, below.
