Submissions to Section 1 - Draft Global Strategy and Plan of Action

How to participate

In providing your contributions after review of the Draft Global Strategy and Plan of Action, A/PHI/IGWG/2/2, and other related documents, you could use the following questions to guide your contributions:

  • Would you recommend any other issues to be considered within the proposed global strategy and plan of action?
  • What issues / specific actions do you feel would need to be prioritized in the plan of action?
  • Are any of the specific actions already being implemented in your country or region? What have been the outcomes? What are the gaps?
  • How do you see yourself or your organization contributing to the proposed global strategy and plan of action?
  • What other suggestions would you have for the IGWG, as we take forward this important and challenging task?

All contributions, and a sub-section containing summaries of contributions will be available on the website and in the public domain. Contributions from Members States will be grouped separately. A synopsis of the contributions will be prepared and will inform the discussions of the second session of the Intergovernmental Working Group on Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property in November.
