Communications to WTO on technical cooperation programmes relating to the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement

WHO was granted ad hoc observer status to the WTO Council for the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) in 2000.

Every year, the TRIPS Council invites intergovernmental organization observers to update the information on their technical cooperation programmes relating to the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement.
