Committees

There are three committees which form part of the work of the PMNCH Board, as defined in the PMNCH Board Manual. The Executive Committee (EC), The Governance & Nominations Committee (G&NC) and the Finance Committee (FC).

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) is a permanent committee of the Board. The main responsibility of this Committee is to govern operations of the Partnership as delegated by the Board and to translate the approved strategic plan into concrete workplans and areas for action.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee (FC) is a permanent committee of the Board, reporting to the EC. The FC works closely with the Executive-Director and other Secretariat staff, to provide proactive, strategic recommendations on budget, workplans, and other financial proceedings that support the overall mission and strategic objectives of the Partnership.

Governance and Nominations Committee

The Governance & Nomination Committee (G&N) is a permanent committee of the Board. Its mandate is to improve governance effectiveness, oversee the nominations process, and address governance questions that may arise.
