Panel discussion and launch of the Global Health Workforce Alliance Resource Requirements Tool (RRT). This costing tool is an important breakthrough in the development of sustainable, country-level plans to scale up human resources for health and strengthen health care delivery worldwide. The RRT will assist countries to estimate and project the costs of their human resources for health plans, analyse the plans' affordability, simulate "what if" scenarios and monitor implementation.
