PACT and its Community REACH team are pleased to announce the convening of a two-day global summit on HIV/AIDS sector capacity building 17-18 November 2009 in Washington, DC. In collaboration with USAID’s Office of HIV/AIDS (OHA) and other partners, we anticipate bringing together over 100 practitioners/experts from the PEPFAR experience and other programs in a working consultation to examine broadly: a. what organizational capacity building approaches have worked in the sector, resulting in improved services and management of programs? and; b. what capacity building approaches we should scale up and emphasize in HIV and AIDS as we move forward?
