Global Health Council : Welcomes the Muskoka Initiative on MNCH at G8 Summit in Canada

1 JULY 2010 | TORONTO - The Global health Council strongly supports the G8’s ‘Muskoka Initiative’ championed by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, a five-year, $7.3 billion plan to reduce child and maternal mortality and increase access to reproductive health, as articulated in the final communiqué of the G8 Summit.
