23 SEPTEMBER 2009 - Gordon Brown is today expected to lead calls to scrap health fees in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Burundi, Nepal, Ethiopia and Mozambique. The speech is a key plank of the Prime Minister's very personal commitment to providing technical and financial support for free health care for all in those countries.
