On 15 February 2012, join PMNCH, Save the Children, UN Foundation in a non-stop global live“Twitter Chat” on child malnutrition: “Hidden Crisis” Tweet Chat - Life Without Hunger: Tackling Child Malnutrition". During a portion of the 12-hour, three-continent chat, join PMNCH Director Carole Presern and Liz Mason, WHO Director, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Francesco Branca, Director, Nutrition for Health and Development on Twitter at #hiddencrisis.

The chat will span three continents and 12 different time zones with participants engaging in at least three languages. Other participants will include Rwandan Minister of Health Agnes Binagwaho and Dr Stanley Zlotkin, the inventor of sprinkles micronutrient powder. Other high level stakeholders and celebrities are still to be confirmed.

The chat will be carried out in tandem with offline activities in over a dozen countries to mark the release of Save the Children’s flagship nutrition report, ‘A Life Without Hunger: Tackling Child Malnutrition’.
