Mission statement
The International Federation for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (IF) is the worldwide umbrella organization for national and regional organizations for and of people with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and their families. This unique network serves as the knowledge base for IF's activities, both in the developed as developing world. It is the platform for discussions on ethics, prevention, food fortification, new developments in treatment and care, social inclusion, and ensures that people with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus (SBH) have a voice at global level.
