Mission statement
Riders for Health focus is on empowering and mobilizing health workers with reliable transportation so they can reach their target population, efficiently and cost-effectively. We support motorcycles, trucks and ambulances. Work in 8 African countries, nationally and regionally. Mobilize health workforce to have access to over 12 million people in remote areas. We provide technical assistance to governments, international NGOs and multilateral agencies. We hope to reach over 25 million people by 2015. Our partners work in the areas of malaria, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, TB and nutrition.
