Mission statement
Mothers2mothers' vision is a world in which babies are not infected with HIV and where mothers with HIV/AIDS live long and healthy lives. M2M's mission is to improve the health of mothers living with HIV, putting them at the heart of efforts to eliminate pediatric AIDS.
Mothers2mothers currently operates almost 400 sites in seven countries, employing nearly 1000 HIV-positive mothers and reaching approx. 300,000 new HIV-positive pregnant women and new mothers/year with messages of education and empowerment around PMTCT and maternal health.
