Mission statement
Pfizer strongly supports the goals of the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health through our ongoing programs and partnerships in the following priority areas: infant immunization for the prevention of pneumococcal disease; education, training and advocacy programs on maternal and infant health; development of intermittent preventative treatment for malaria in pregnant women; infant and young child nutrition; health care system capacity building; and sustainable commercial models for products addressing the needs of women and children in developing countries.
