Mission statement
The aim of the foundation is to help make pregnancy and childbirth safer in countries such as Ghana and Nigeria. The foundation is in the process of completing its website. Our next big step will be to go to Ghana and to the Korle-bu teaching hospital and spend a week to research into the main causes of maternal deaths in the country. The founders will then write a proposal to seek funding and use their expertise to make a difference in the lives of women during pregnancy and childbirth which will in turn reduce the maternal mortality rate.
