This online resource is designed to help journalists connect with these experts, who are based at IDRC's head office in Ottawa, Canada, and at regional offices in Montevideo, Uruguay; Dakar, Senegal; Nairobi, Kenya; Cairo, Egypt; New Delhi, India; and Singapore. IDRC can also help journalists access extensive networks of researchers and decision-makers in the developing world.
