The “Second interagency meeting on reproductive health indicators for global monitoring” had three main objectives: to reach a consensus on the inclusion of two HIV/AIDS indicators; to develop a plan of work for further research on reproductive health indicators; and to develop a plan of work to help countries to strengthen their capacity to collect data. This report documents the proceedings of the meeting, and includes an up-to-date list of recommended indicators for global monitoring of sexual and reproductive health.
