RoadPeace/FEVR survey on presumed liability

RoadPeace and FEVR are conducting a short survey on how well protected injured pedestrians and cyclists are by civil compensation systems. We will collate the findings and produce a summary briefing for the UN Road Safety Week

On one of the squares in the City of Luxembourg, we will demonstrate in favor of a "pedestrian plan of action", an "observatory of crashes in the City", more security for pedestrians, etc. a press conference will be held on the spot at 14:00.

Sensibilsation for 30km speed limit in built up areas >br /> 6 May - 15 November 2013, FEVR

FEVR is lobbying through member associations and media for a general speed limit of 30km/h in villages and towns so to better protect vulnerable road users, especially children, seniors and people with a disability as pedestrians. FEVR is also partner of the ECI ( European Citizen Initiative) 30km/h "making streets liveable" A flyer in several languages will be available on www.fevr.org and http://en.30kmh.eu/
