Guide for Participants now available
16 June, 2011 – A Guide for Participants is now available online, containing all necessary practical information for delegations and other participants. The conference will be held in the Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It will open at 14:00 on Wednesday, 19 October 2011 and is expected to close no later than 18:00 on Friday, 21 October 2011. The Guide includes information about registration for Member State delegations and other participants, as well as information related to hotel bookings and other important details.
