Performance Measures

SIDCER achieves its goals, defined as project outcomes, through key strategic action items. The project outcomes and strategic action items for the next five years are summarized in the table below. The financial requirements for achieving these outcomes through the actions are described in the SIDCER Operating Budget (Appendix I).
