UNODC/WHO Global Initiative on Primary Prevention of Substance Abuse
The project was carried out from 1998 to 2003. The project focused on young people and significant others who play a major role in their lives, and involved three regions: Southern Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, and South-East Asia.
