Deadline on health systems research symposium approaching

The Second Global Symposium on Health Systems Research: Inclusion and Innovation Towards Universal Health Coverage is fast approaching!

TDR news item
24 August 2012

Registration has been extended to 10 September

This will be the final deadline, since after that we cannot guarantee that visas can be issued in time for attendance.

  • Register now

The Symposium programme has plenty to keep participants stimulated from dawn until dusk – worldwide experts at plenary and concurrent sessions, a large selection of posters, a marketplace to get the latest in health systems research information and meet potential partners, and many networking and social opportunities! Up-to-date information about plenary speakers, concurrent sessions, poster presentations and lunch launches is available on the programme web site.

There is still time to apply for marketplace stalls. The deadline has just been extended to 16 September but applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A full list of satellite sessions taking place on 31 October will go up on the website soon. Already on the satellite sessions web page, you can find information about activities being organized around the Symposium. Learn more, for example, about the “China Health Study Tour”, being organized by AcademyHealth, or about two week-long courses organized by the World Bank: Flagship Course on Equity and Health Systems and Analysing Health and Healthcare Inequalities Methods Course.
