Forum 'Tobacco Control at the workplace'

We had celebrated this forum against tobacco in our Centre. Many personalities, experts, leaders, ministry and presidents of different companies came to participate and they took note about what to do to create a health area in the workplace, and other important things, we have made a compilation about different speeches and we made a book.

Pharmacogenomic approach to Nicotine dependence

The project is coordinated by Carlos Cortijo, PhD (General Manager ITIN), Javier Meana, PhD (Dep. Pharmacology UPV/EHU), Africa Garcia - Pray, PhD (Dep. Genetics UPV/EHU) and Javier Ballesteros, PhD (Dep. Neuroscience - Psychiatry UPV/EHU), and combines the study of genetic scoreboards (basic investigation) with multicomponent treatment used in clinical practice (clinical investigation), since this study expects to contribute to new, useful and practical knowledge for the daily clinical practice.
