Help Young Smokers To Stop
Lalitpur, Nepal, 31 May 2007

The program invites 2 students (1 male + 1 female) from 10 leading schools in the Kathmandu valley. The entry criteria will be that the students must be currently studying in Grade 11. There will be 30 minutes presentation about the hazards of smoking and adverse effect which the advertisements produced by tobacco industry have on them (which I will present to them) then group division and brainstorming about what can be done to make their friends quit smoking. If their idea sounds realistic, support them and make them work in their respective schools to bring awareness about smoking.
