Financial Administration and Reports
The principal investigator will be responsible for the scientific conduct and financial decisions for the study. However the award will be managed through the grantee's existing institutional administrative structure. The administration of funds will follow established guidelines by the sponsors and a financial account must be maintained for this award by the institution and available for audit by WHO.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Awardees will be expected to submit every 6 months progress and financial reports to the sponsor.
Grant Policies and Conditions of the Award
Successful applicants will be required to sign a letter of agreement concerning the conditions and policies under which the grant is awarded before a notice of award is issued.
