Rotashield®轮状病毒疫苗

于2005年12月1-2日在瑞士日内瓦举行的全球疫苗安全咨询委员会第13次会议上，委员会根据要求对下述问题进行了审议：如果在2月龄前完成四价恒河猴重组轮状病毒疫苗（商品名：RotaShield®）的全部接种程序，是否可显著降低疫苗引发的肠套叠风险？这一提议见于美国国立卫生研究院下属的国立变态反应和传染病研究所近期发表在《传染病杂志》（Journal of Infectious Diseases）上的文章。

基于目前可获得的信息，GACVS得出结论如下：

• 相关研究阐明并证实：大于60日龄的儿童接种RotaShield®疫苗后发生疫苗相关肠套叠的危险性较高。
• 小于60日龄的婴儿接种这种疫苗的比例相对较低。有关小于60日龄的婴儿接种RotaShield®疫苗，发生肠套叠的相对危险性是否会较低的问题，根据现有证据还不足以得出结论。
• 对许多国家而言，要建议其严格执行早期免疫接种程序，实施起来也将非常困难。

委员会将继续审阅新轮状病毒疫苗临床试验和上市后监测的安全性资料。GACVS指出，在评估轮状病毒疫苗时，应考虑可能出现的肠套叠年龄相关性风险。
