The vaccination information on NHS Choices is the public-facing content that was formerly on the immunisation.nhs.uk site. As with its predecessor, the information presented is fully researched and covers all aspects of the UK's routine childhood and adult immunization programmes as well as information for students and those intending to travel abroad. It is also designed to assist the parents of young children in making the decision on giving consent to immunisation and includes a vaccination planner that allows parents to work out which immunizations their child needs if the routine schedule has been interrupted or delayed.

As with its predecessor, the information presented is fully researched and covers all aspects of the UK's routine childhood immunisation programme. It is aimed primarily at health professionals. It contains research papers, vaccine uptake data reports, and comprehensive information on all the routine childhood vaccines, as well as the regularly-updated Green Book - Immunisation against infectious disease. Vaccine Update - a newsletter on issues related to vaccines and is uploaded at frequent intervals.
