The Public Health Agency of Canada is a federal agency working in collaboration with provinces and territories to renew the public health system in Canada and support a sustainable health-care system.

The agency's website includes an immunization section that features links to the "Canadian Immunization Guide", vaccine safety questions and answers, National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) recommendations, immunization schedules and more.

The Public Health Agency of Canada is part of the public service and is headed by the Chief Public Health Officer of Canada who reports to the Minister of Health.
