Addis Ababa Declaration: international conference on task shifting

The Addis Ababa Declaration, recognizing the challenges posed by health workforce shortages and maldistribution, welcomed the WHO guidelines on task shifting for HIV services and called upon countries to implement them when appropriate within a broader strategy of re-prioritising investment in human resources for health.
