This report contains the proceedings of a meeting organized in Sri Lanka on Asian countries facing a health workforce crisis.
The meeting recommended strengthening the liaison with Asia Pacific Action Alliance on Human Resources for Health, document and disseminate examples of good practice, in particular in relation to incentives and contracting of health personnel.
