Physicians' attitudes towards knowledge transfer and sharing
This article provides a comprehensive overview of the process of knowledge transfer in two hospitals in Oman.
The results indicate that senior physicians had negative attitudes and were unwilling to share knowledge with junior colleagues. In addition, social activities were not conducive to encourage the communication process among physicians to share insights and reduce medical errors.
