Measuring health workforce inequalities in the Ethiopian context: methods and applications

This presentation describes methodology and findings of a study on health workforce inequalities in Ethiopia. Recommendations included the need to include in the analysis health workers at first point of contact with the health system to provide a better basis for policy making and planning.
